Basketball Recap: Platteview Gets the Win

Platteview won the last time they faced Nebraska City, and Maddy Stukenholtz did her part to make sure it happened again. The Platteview Trojans secured a 40-34 W over the Nebraska City Pioneers on Tuesday thanks in part to Stukenholtz, who posted 18 points and four steals. She continues to improve, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played.

Platteview's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Nebraska City, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9.

Platteview will square off against Gretna at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Nebraska City, they will face off against Falls City at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
