Baseball Recap: City of Life Christian Academy Find Success

City of Life Christian Academy's game last Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They walked away with a 6-1 victory over the Central Florida Christian Academy Eagles. The Warriors haven't had any issues with the Eagles recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.

Isaiah Camacho spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: he surrendered a run (which was unearned) on three hits and racked up 14 Ks. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Jayden Gonzalez, who went 2-for-5 with three RBI and two doubles. Eli Dodge also deserves some recognition as he scored his first runs of the season.
