Charlie Walker put up the most strikeouts he's had since back in March on Thursday. He struck out seven batters over six innings while giving up no earned runs off five hits (and only one walk). He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.

Coming up, Walker and Vashon Island will host Charles Wright at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. The last time these two faced off, Walker and Co. were forced to settle for an 11-0 loss.
