Basketball Game Preview: Tri-West Hendricks Bruins vs. Danville Warriors

The Tri-West Hendricks Bruins and the Danville Warriors will face off at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday without much rest having both just played. Each of these teams will be fighting to keep a win streak alive as Tri-West Hendricks comes in on six and Danville on three.

Tri-West Hendricks is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Friday. They secured a 42-36 W over Guerin Catholic.

Meanwhile, Danville was able to grind out a solid win over Brebeuf Jesuit Preparatory on Friday, taking the game 51-39.

Danville's win came from a few key players Tri-West Hendricks will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Maddy Wethington, who posted 13 points and four steals. What's more, she also posted a 80% field goal percentage, which is the highest she's posted since back in February of 2024. Addison Davis was another key player, dropping a double-double on 12 points and 11 rebounds.

Danville's victory bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Tri-West Hendricks, their win bumped their record up to 14-9.
