Volleyball Recap: Woodlan Triumphs

The Woodlan Warriors were able to grind out a solid win over the Norwell Knights on Thursday, taking the game 3-1.

Woodlan was especially dominant in the first set. The final score came out to 25-12, 25-23, 27-29, 25-22.

Woodlan found their leader in sophomore Nathan Culler, who had 19 assists and one block.

Woodlan's victory bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Norwell, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

Woodlan didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Leo on the 28th. As for Norwell, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Fort Wayne Blackhawk Christian on the 28th.
