Soccer Game Preview: Northeast vs. Hollywood Hills

The Northeast Hurricanes will take on the Hollywood Hills Spartans at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Northeast's offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for four straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Northeast fell victim to Piper and their airtight defense on Wednesday. They came up short against the Bengals, falling 7-0.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last game, Hollywood Hills made sure to put some goals up on the board against Stranahan on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-2 victory over the Mighty Dragons. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Spartans.

They hit Stranahan with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ashley Perez (2), Jastney Scott, and Kamryn Phonesouksam.

Northeast's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6-1. As for Hollywood Hills, their win bumped their record up to 8-3-1.
