Volleyball Recap: Alhambra Takes a Loss

Alhambra lost against Metro Tech back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Alhambra Lions took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Metro Tech Knights.

The final score came out to 25-7, 20-25, 25-21, 25-19.

Jahvion Shaw paced Alhambra's offense, picking up seven kills. Shaw got some help from Cesar Segovia and his ten assists.

Alhambra's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Metro Tech, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Alhambra didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 3-0 defeat against McClintock on the 19th. As for Metro Tech, they will host Maricopa at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
