Volleyball Recap: North Port Comes Up Short + How To Watch

North Port was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against the Lemon Bay Manta Rays, falling 3-0. If the Bobcats were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Manta Rays when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-7, 25-13, 25-7.

North Port's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lemon Bay, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, North Port will venture away from home to face off against Imagine School at North Port at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. The last three games the Sharks have played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Lemon Bay, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Babcock at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
