Baseball Recap: Palmer Trinity Triumphs

Palmer Trinity won the last time they faced Coral Park and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Palmer Trinity Falcons skirted past the Coral Park Rams 5-4.

The team relied heavily on Matthew Echevarria, who scored two runs while going 2-for-4. Another player making a difference was Michael Miraglia, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-4.

The victory got Palmer Trinity back to even at 1-1. As for Coral Park, they dropped their record down to 1-2 with the loss, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Palmer Trinity didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 15-1 win against Sports Leadership & Management on the 13th. As for Coral Park, they will square off against Killian at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
