Basketball Recap: Leopold Takes a Loss

It was a proper cat-fight when Leopold duked it out withWoodland on Thursday. The Leopold Wildcats took a blow against the Woodland Cardinals, falling 80-44. The Wildcats haven't had much luck with the Cardinals recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Leopold's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Woodland, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 7-0.

Leopold didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 47-46 win against Scott County Central on the 27th. Woodland has also already played their next game, a 68-64 victory against Charleston on the 27th.
