Basketball Recap: Rivercrest Triumphs

Rivercrest fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back wins it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They came out on top against the White Oak Roughnecks by a score of 53-42 on Thursday.

Rivercrest's victory bumped their record up to 4-12. As for White Oak, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost eight of their last ten games, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-11 record this season.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing North Lamar the next time they take the court. White Oak will head out to face North Lamar at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Rivercrest will play them later in the day, at 10:30 a.m.
