Basketball Recap: Carmel Takes a Loss

Carmel fought the good fight in their overtime matchup against Glenbard North on Saturday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 48-47 to the Glenbard North Panthers. The Corsairs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Carmel's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Glenbard North, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 10-7.

Carmel will take on Downers Grove North at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday. As for Glenbard North, they will square off against Rockford East at 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.
