After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Cajon, Redlands was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over the Beaumont Cougars. For the Terriers, this counts as revenge for the 2-1 win the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in April of 2024.

Redlands now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Beaumont, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Redlands is set to challenge their familiar foe Redlands East Valley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Beaumont will take on rival Cajon at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
