Soccer Recap: Monarch Gets the Win + How To Watch

Monarch kept a clean sheet against Frederick on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Golden Eagles. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Monarch also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Zach Goslin was the driving force of Monarch's attack as he scored both of Monarch's goals, bringing his season total up to two goals.

Monarch has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored six goals over those two games. As for Frederick, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Looking ahead, Monarch is packing up and heading out on the road for their first away game of the season: they will challenge Poudre at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Frederick, they will head out to take on Mountain View at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Frederick are facing Mountain View at the right time seeing as Mountain View are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
