Game recap: Archbishop Hannan High School Football Team defeats De La Salle

NEW ORLEANS, La. - After two lead changes, Archbishop Hannan (Covington, La.) took the lead for the win when Payton Hudson kicked a field goal with less than a minute remaining in the fifth quarter and held on to defeat De La Salle (New Orleans, La.) 20-17 on Saturday.

The Cavaliers pulled ahead on a touchdown, and subsequently went into halftime leading 27-1. The Hawks took the lead to win the game on a field goal by Hudson in the fifth quarter.

Despite scoring three points in the third, Archbishop Hannan still trailed by 23 points going into the fourth quarter. But zero points in the fourth helped AH pull out the victory.

The win brought Archbishop Hannan's winning streak to three games.
