Charlton County had won eight straight home games dating back to last season and Christiona.?? Farmer did her part to make it nine on Thursday. Everything went the Indians' way against the Pierce County Bears as they made off with a 49-29 win with plenty of help from Farmer, who dropped a double-double with 34 points and 11 boards. Her big performance that evening made it four games in a row in which she has scored at least 15 points.

Ryanna Mitchell was another key player, putting up eight points and five rebounds. She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in each of the last seven games she's played dating back to last season.

The victory got Charlton County back to even at 1-1. As for Pierce County, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Charlton County and Pierce County will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next games. The next time the Indians see the court they'll take on Fernandina Beach at 6:30 p.m. on December 2. As for Pierce County, their break will end when they face Jeff Davis at 6:00 p.m. on December 4.
