Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Baker). They took their game on Monday with ease, bagging a 54-18 victory over the Northeast Vikings. For the Buffaloes, this counts as revenge for the 34-28 win the Vikings walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

Baker's victory bumped their record up to 7-8. As for Northeast, they are on a 14-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-12.

Baker didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 45-40 win against Slaughter Community Charter on the 14th. As for Northeast, they will be playing at home against Central at 6:00 p.m. on January 21st.
