The Desert Hills Thunder will venture away from home to take on the Crimson Cliffs Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Desert Hills is coming into the contest hot, having won their last nine games.

Desert Hills' pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. Everything went their way against Dixie as Desert Hills made off with a 12-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Thunder, who have now won 11 games by six runs or more so far this season.

Lulu West made a big impact no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out seven over five innings pitched. What's more, she gave up only two walks, the fewest she's had since back in May of 2024. She was also stellar in the batter's box, going 3-for-4 with four RBI, one triple, and one double. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2024.

Crimson Cliffs now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Desert Hills, their record now sits at 13-1.

Desert Hills beat Crimson Cliffs 5-1 when the teams last played back in March of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for Desert Hills since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
