Basketball Game Preview: Farmville Central Jaguars vs. Washington Pam Pack

Farmville Central is 10-0 against Washington since November of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Farmville Central Jaguars will be playing in front of their home fans against the Washington Pam Pack at 6:00 p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Farmville Central came up short against New Bern on Friday, falling 57-36. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Madalyne Cook put forth a good effort for the losing side as she posted 20 points. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in points. The team also got some help courtesy of Nyasia Davis, who had six points.

Even though they lost, Farmville Central smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in four consecutive matchups.

Meanwhile, Washington was not able to break out of their rough patch on December 13th as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a blow against D.H. Conley, falling 65-13. The Pam Pack were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 48-5.

Farmville Central's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-7.

Everything went Farmville Central's way against Washington when the teams last played back in February, as Farmville Central made off with a 72-49 victory. In that game, Farmville Central amassed a halftime lead of 41-21, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Friday.
