Volleyball Recap: Natrona County Takes a Loss

Natrona County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Evanston Devils. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Devils this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

Jos Berens paced Natrona County's offense, picking up six kills. Berens got some help from Erin Aune and her nine assists.

Natrona County's defeat dropped their record down to 6-19. As for Evanston, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-16 record this season.

Natrona County wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-2 victory against Riverton on the 1st. As for Evanston, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Green River on the 31st.
