Basketball Recap: Ligonier Valley Comes Up Short

Ligonier Valley lost against Winchester Thurston back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Ligonier Valley Rams took a blow against Winchester Thurston, falling 75-34.

Ligonier Valley now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Winchester Thurston, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Ligonier Valley and Mt. Carmel Christian will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Winchester Thurston, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Cornell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
