Red River scored the most points they've had this season on Friday, but it wasn't enough. They fell 42-36 to the Oak Grove Tigers. The Bulldogs lost against the Tigers in their previous head to head back in September of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 55-8 score last time.

Red River's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Oak Grove, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coming up, Red River will welcome White Castle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oak Grove, they will square off against Rayville at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. This will be the Tigers' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
