Volleyball Recap: Colby Now 3-1 over Last Four Games

Colby won the last time they faced Sparta and things went their way on Saturday too. The Hornets came out on top against the Spartans by a score of 2-0.

Daelyn Rieck paced Colby's offense, picking up five kills. Rieck got some help from Zoe Kaiser and her nine assists. Rieck was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.

Colby is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season. As for Sparta, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Colby has already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against Cashton on the 13th. As for Sparta, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Mauston on the 13th.
