Baseball Recap: Green River Takes a Loss

Wednesday just wasn't the day for Green River's offense. They took a 5-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Valley Buffalos on Wednesday. Having soared to a lofty 18 runs in the game before, the Pirates' shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Green River's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Valley, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 6-3.
