Softball Recap: Saturday's Win Is Norco's 12th in Last 13 Outings

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Norco walked away with it. They came out on top against the Ayala Bulldogs by a score of 6-1 on Saturday. That's more bragging rights for the Cougars, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Norco has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 28-3 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 8.2 runs over those games. As for Ayala, their loss ended a nine-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 22-3.

As of now, neither Norco nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
