Soccer Recap: Lima Senior Comes Up Short

After flying high against Waite on Wednesday, Lima Senior came back down to earth. The Spartans lost 5-1 to the Crestview Knights on Saturday. The game was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Lima Senior couldn't quite close it out.

Their goal came courtesy of Angela Fronzaglia, who's now up to eight this season.

Lima Senior has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-4 record this season. As for Crestview, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Lima Senior has already played their next match, a 5-0 win against Start on the 8th. Crestview has also already played their next game (against Lima Central Catholic), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
