Softball Recap: Normandy Comes Up Short

Monday just wasn't the day for Normandy's offense. They came up short against the Buckeye Bucks on Monday, falling 21-0. The loss continues a trend for the Invaders in their meetings with the Bucks: they've now lost five in a row.

Normandy now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Buckeye, their win was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-3.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Normandy is set to square off against their familiar foe North Olmsted at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Buckeye will take on rival Valley Forge at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
