Basketball Recap: West Logan Christian Academy Comes Up Short

West Logan Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by the Wesley Christian Circuit Riders and fell 97-53. The Warriors lost against the Circuit Riders in their previous head to head back in December of 2022, too, but the margin this time around was even wider than the 44-40 score last time.

West Logan Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Wesley Christian, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. West Logan Christian Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bloomingdale at 7:30 p.m. on January 3, 2025. Wesley Christian also won't see the court for a while: their next game is against Tri-Cities Christian at 4:00 p.m. on January 14, 2025.
