Baseball Recap: Buffalo Gap Comes Up Short

After flying high against Stuarts Draft on Tuesday, Buffalo Gap came back down to earth. The Bison came up short against the Wilson Memorial Green Hornets on Friday, falling 8-1. The Bison have struggled against the Green Hornets recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost meeting.

Buffalo Gap's loss dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Wilson Memorial, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-6.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Buffalo Gap is set to challenge their familiar foe Waynesboro at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Wilson Memorial will face off against rival Fort Defiance at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
