Football Game Preview: Hudson Cobras vs. Union County Fightin' Tigers + Official Tickets

The Hudson Cobras are taking a road trip to take on the Union County Fightin' Tigers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Union County took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Hudson, who comes in off a win.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Hudson turned things around against Anclote last Friday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Sharks a 9-0 shutout.

Meanwhile, Union County came up short against Trinity Catholic on Friday and fell 17-6. The Fightin' Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Union County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Hudson, their win was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 2-6.

Hudson took a serious blow against Union County when the teams last played back in October of 2024, falling 38-7. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point the Cobras were down 26-0.
