Crab Orchard's defeat dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Gallatin County, they moved to 3-5 with that win, which also ended their three-game losing streak.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crab Orchard will welcome Carrier Mills-Stonefort at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Gallatin County, they will take on Wayne City at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Indians have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.43 runs per game on average), something the Hawks will no doubt try to take advantage of.
