 If Union County was riding high  off their  4-1 takedown of Cherokee last Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Union County Patriots fell victim to a  tough 4-1 defeat at the hands of the Campbell County Cougars  on Tuesday.  Corbin Larue was hit with a yellow card, which may have had some impact on his (and the team's) ability to make aggressive plays.

Gibbs is coming into the  matchup with four straight  defeats at home,  meaning Union County will have to defend against a  squad hungry for a  victory. Campbell County will take on Cumberland Gap at 6:15  p.m.  on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked  in Tennessee (Cumberland Gap is ranked 211th, while Campbell County is ranked 221st).
