Basketball Recap: Crossett Comes Up Short

Crossett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 58-15 loss at the hands of the Warren Lumberjacks. The matchup marked the Eagles' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Crossett's loss dropped their record down to 2-16. As for Warren, the victory snapped their losing streak at five games and leaves them with a 4-16 record.

Crossett is taking a road trip to take on Watson Chapel at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Watson Chapel will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Crossett surely won't give up without a fight. Warren has already played their next game (against Monticello), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
