Clear Springs won the last time they faced Kingwood and things went their way  on Thursday too. The Chargers came out on top against the Mustangs by a score of  2-0.
 The final score came out to 25-17,  25-20.
Clear Springs can attribute much of their success to  Lianna Kearns, who  had six  digs and four  aces. That's the most  aces  Kearns has posted since back in September of 2024.

As for Kingwood, they dropped their record down to 3-16 with the  loss, which was their seventh straight  on the road dating back to last season.
