Wiseburn- Da Vinci and Saugus squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Wiseburn- Da Vinci had to settle for second. They lost 22-3 to the Centurions. The Wolves' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Peyton Tate and Edward Sanchez stepped up to the plate in a big way. Tate went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases and one run, while Sanchez went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI. Sanchez has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci's loss dropped their record down to 18-11. As for Saugus, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 17-12.

Wiseburn- Da Vinci does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Saugus, they will square off against Murrieta Mesa at 3:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
