Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask DSST: Montview). They put the hurt on the Overland Trailblazers with a sharp 18-7 victory on Monday. The result was nothing new for the Knights, who have now won six contests by ten runs or more so far this season.

DSST: Montview has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-10 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.5 runs over those games. As for Overland, their loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-15.

Looking ahead, DSST: Montview will take on Hinkley at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Knights are facing the Thunder at the right time seeing as the Thunder are stuck on a 19-game losing streak. As for Overland, they will be taking part in a tournament against Bruce Randolph at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
