Volleyball Recap: Jefferson Comes Up Short

Jefferson lost against Hononegah back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The J-Hawks took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Indians. The J-Hawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-6.

Jefferson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-15. As for Hononegah, they pushed their record up to 19-8 with the victory, which was their fifth straight on the road.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Jefferson is set to challenge their familiar foe Boylan Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Hononegah will face off against rival Harlem at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
