Soccer Game Preview: Tuscarora vs. Loudoun Valley

The Tuscarora Huskies will face off against the Loudoun Valley Vikings at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Tuscarora is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Dominion just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Monday. They fell 2-0 to the Titans. Considering the last time Tuscarora couldn't score was back in April, the team can't take the result too hard.

Meanwhile, Loudoun Valley got the win against Heritage on Monday by a conclusive 4-1. Loudoun Valley have beaten Heritage the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest Heritage has come to flipping the script.

Loudoun Valley's victory bumped their record up to 5-9-2. As for Tuscarora, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-5-3.

Tuscarora skirted past Loudoun Valley 2-1 in their previous matchup two weeks ago. Do the Huskies have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
