Volleyball Game Preview: Wheaton North Falcons vs. Hononegah Indians

The Wheaton North Falcons will square off against the Hononegah Indians at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Both teams are coming into the match red-hot, with Wheaton North sitting on 11 straight victories and Hononegah on five.

Wheaton North is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They walked away with a 2-0 win over Marmion.

Harlem typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Hononegah proved too difficult a challenge. They won by a set and slipped past the Huskies 2-1.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Hononegah who won the one that mattered. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 19-25, 25-17.

Wheaton North's victory bumped their record up to 25-10. As for Hononegah, their win bumped their record up to 30-6.
