Antonio Yarbrough Tops All Others This Week
Starting off the list is Garrison's Antonio Yarbrough, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Yarbrough wasn't messing around on Thursday, rushing for 150 yards and three touchdowns on only seven carries. The contest was his fourth straight with two or more rushing touchdowns. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making six total tackles and defending three passes in addition to snagging an interception.
Garrison pushed their record up to 9-2 with the win, which was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season. Yarbrough and Garrison will host Waskom at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Winning always takes teamwork, but on Thursday Dj Barnes stepped things up a notch to give Shelbyville the 'W'. Leon had no answer to Barnes as he rushed for 74 yards and two touchdowns on only six carries, and also threw for 200 yards and two touchdowns on only 17 passes.
Shelbyville pushed their record up to 9-2 with the win, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season. Barnes' next match is against Beckville on Friday, where he'll look to repeat that solid performance.

Ronnie Williams Goes Supernova in Shelbyville Win
Ronnie Williams posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Thursday. He rushed for 162 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries.
For the year, Williams has averaged 32.6 receiving yards per game.

Cooper Bragg put up the most rushing yards he's had since back in August on Thursday. He rushed for 94 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, making nine total tackles and defending a pass in addition to snagging an interception.
Joaquin's win bumped their record up to 7-4. Bragg and Joaquin have the luxury of staying home for another week and will welcome Cooper at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
