Volleyball Recap: Hebron Christian Find Success

Madison County typically has all the answers at home, but on Thursday Hebron Christian proved too difficult a challenge. They came out on top against the Red Raiders by a score of 2-0.

Hebron Christian easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-19.

Madison County's loss came despite strong showings from Kylee Treadway and Sydney Ledford. Treadway had six digs and three aces, while Ledford had seven digs.

Hebron Christian's win bumped their record up to 8-2. As for Madison County, their loss ended a seven-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 8-7.

Coincidentally, Hebron Christian and Madison County will both be playing Loganville Christian Academy the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Red Raiders will play them later in the day, at 7:00 p.m.
