Baseball Game Preview: Carolina Academy Bobcats vs. Andrew Jackson Academy Warriors

For the second straight game, Carolina Academy will face off against Andrew Jackson Academy. The Bobcats will be playing at home against the Warriors at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Carolina Academy is coming into the contest on a five-game losing streak.

Carolina Academy heads in on the heels of a playoff game on Monday. They fell just short of Andrew Jackson Academy by a score of 11-10. On the bright side, the ten- run performance marked the Bobcats' highest-scoring matchup to date.

For Andrew Jackson Academy's part, Hayden McClung was incredible, going 3-for-5 with one home run, three runs, and one triple. That's the most runs McClung has posted since back in March. Jack Walling was another key player, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Andrew Jackson Academy kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
