Softball Recap: Pompano Beach Takes a Loss

Pompano Beach lost against Spanish River back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Golden Tornadoes took a 4-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Sharks. The Golden Tornadoes have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Pompano Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Spanish River, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-4 record this season.

Pompano Beach didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-5 loss against Coral Glades on the 3rd. As for Spanish River, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Western on the 4th.
