Basketball Game Preview: Berkshire Badgers vs. Cardinal Huskies

The Berkshire Badgers will head out on the road to square off against the Cardinal Huskies at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.

On Tuesday, Berkshire came up short against Andrews Osborne Academy and fell 48-41. The Badgers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Cardinal had to endure a 13-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They took their contest on Tuesday with ease, bagging a 74-46 win over Lordstown. The Huskies' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Berkshire's loss dropped their record down to 3-16. As for Cardinal, their victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-17.

Everything came up roses for Berkshire against Cardinal in their previous matchup back in January, as the team secured a 55-23 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for Berkshire since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
