Berean Christian entered their tilt with King's Academy on Tuesday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They walked away with  a   3-1  win over the Lions. For Berean Christian, this counts as revenge for the   3-1 victory King's Academy walked away with the last time they faced one another  back in August of 2024.
 Berean Christian had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 20-25, 25-15, 25-18,  25-19.
 Jaidyn Baird paced Berean Christian's offense, picking up 13 kills. Baird were helped by Sarah Rimmer and  Natalie Sherwood, who contributed 15 assists each. Rimmer also made an impact serving:  she shared the team lead in aces with  Allie Snyder, each putting up four.
 Despite the loss, King's Academy still got an impressive performance from   Lillie McNutt, who  had 17  digs and two  aces.
Berean Christian's win bumped their record up to 9-10. As for King's Academy, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record  this season.
 Berean Christian will head out to  square off against Lakeway Christian Academy  at 6:30  p.m.  on Monday. As for King's Academy, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  matchup,  a  3-0  defeat against Christian Academy of Knoxville on the 25th.
