Basketball Game Preview: Bluffton Bobcats vs. Beaufort Eagles

The Bluffton Bobcats will take on the Beaufort Eagles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Bluffton has ten straight wins, Beaufort has three straight losses), but none of that matters once you're on the court.

Bluffton saw some tournament action on Saturday. They came out on top against Waccamaw by a score of 69-62. That's two games straight that the Bobcats have won by exactly seven points.

Meanwhile, Beaufort took a blow against Ashley Ridge on Friday, falling 82-39. While losing is never fun, the Eagles can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' South Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 235th, while the Swamp Foxes are ranked 33rd).

Bluffton's victory bumped their record up to 12-1. As for Beaufort, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-9.
