Volleyball Recap: Ark City Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Ark City Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Newton (Home School) Mustangs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Newton (Home School) this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-10, 25-17, 20-25, 25-14.

Newton (Home School) found their leader in sophomore Chloe Hoelscher, who had 19 digs.

Ark City Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Newton (Home School), their win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 16-9.

As of now, neither Ark City Christian Academy nor Newton (Home School) have any future games scheduled.
