West Ranch waltzed into their contest on Friday with 11 straight wins... but they left with 12. They came out on top against the Prairie Falcons by a score of 2-0.

West Ranch can attribute much of their success to Alexandra Seres, who had six digs and three aces.

Seres wasn't the only good servers: West Ranch was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 13 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in seven consecutive matchups.

West Ranch's victory bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Prairie, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 8-1.

West Ranch has already played their next match, a 2-0 defeat against Torrey Pines on the 10th. As for Prairie, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Valley Christian on the 10th.
