Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask McClave). They took their matchup on Friday with ease, bagging a 76-27 win over the Wiley Panthers. The victory continues a trend for the Cardinals in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now won seven in a row.

McClave's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kielan Mallard, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 15 points and five boards. Those 15 points gave Mallard a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Tuff Kelley, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and ten rebounds.

McClave smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 13 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in three consecutive contests.

McClave's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Wiley, their loss was their first of the season and also makes their record 4-1.
