Baseball Recap: Potlatch Takes Down Troy in a Playoff Battle

It's playoff time, and Potlatch had no trouble coming through when it counted. They blew past the Troy Trojans 13-1 on Saturday. The Loggers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 13 matchups by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Tyson Chambers, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Logan Carpenter, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Potlatch's victory bumped their record up to 20-3. As for Troy, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 16-12.

As of now, neither Potlatch nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
